上海外来务工人员子女家庭教育的现实困境与支持策略

摘要 近年来,上海市外来务工人员子女的家庭教育逐渐受到关注。文章通过对上海市部分公办中小学和幼儿园的外来务工人员及他们的子女进行访谈和调研,初步了解了上海市外来务工人员家庭教育存在的问题,并结合尤·布朗芬布伦纳的人类发展生态学理论对其家庭教育所存在的问题进行了分析。最后,从学校和政府层面进行思考,如何为外来务工人员家庭教育提供相应的专业支持,从而为外来务工人员子女营造良好的成长环境。 In recent years,the family education of migrant workers' children has been gradually concerned in Shanghai.Through interviews and research of migrant workers and their children in part of the kindergartens and public primary and secondary schools,we have a preliminary understanding of the problems in the family education of migrant workers in Shanghai and analysis of those problems via U·Bronfenbrenner's ecological theory of human development.Finally,we put forward some relevant countermeasures for the family education of migrant workers from the perspective of the school and the government.
