钱梦龙教育思想对师范教育的启示

The Enlightenment of Qian Menglong＇s Educational Thoughts to Teacher Education

钱梦龙对教育的思考不仅深刻地影响了语文教育的改革与发展,而且早已超越了语文的领域,深刻影响了我国基础教育的整体领域。文章尝试从教育思想层面来探讨钱梦龙对我国当代师范教育的启示,思考如果将钱梦龙的语文教育思想从职后研修导入职前培养,从而影响、传递给＂80后＂＂90后＂的师范生,以期有助于改善师范教育的课程内容,增加本土性课程资源,改变师范教育课程＂西方中心主义＂偏向,促进师范教育的自主性健康发展。

Qian Menglong＇s thoughts about education have not only affected the reform and development of Chinese teaching but also influenced the whole basic education profoundly.This article discusses Qian Menglong＇s enlightenment to our contemporary teacher education from the aspect of educational thought and what if we move Qian Menglong＇s thoughts about Chinese teaching from post-job training to pre-job training,thus influencing younger normal school students,in order to improve the contents of teacher education,adding more local teaching resources to change the＂west-centered＂situation and to promote the independent development of teacher education.
