摘要
自我效能感对学生的学业成就具有促进作用。文章利用自我效能感综合量表,对高中学生的自我效能感进行测量,并分别从一般自我效能感、学业自我效能感和自我调控效能感三个方面进行了统计和分析。研究发现,学生自我效能感得分离散程度较大,但自我效能感总体处于中等偏上水平,较大的学业压力和有待提高的自我规划能力,影响了学生的自我效能感。文章认为,要通过提升学生的自我效能感来促进其学业成就,还需要开展扎实的研究和实践工作。
Self-efficacy has a promoting effect on students' academic achievements.In this paper,the senior high school students' self-efficacy is measured by using SEIS and is analyzed respectively from three aspects——the general self-efficacy,academic self-efficacy and self-efficacy for self-regulated.The study has found that students' self-efficacy has a large discrete degree but wholly at an upper level.Academic pressure and inadequate ability of self-planning influence students' self-efficacy.This paper argues that it is necessary to carry out a solid research and practical work to promote students' academic achievements through the improvement of students' self-efficacy.
