摘要
在对新疆棉胎网购消费者调查的基础上,对消费者选择新疆棉胎的消费偏好及影响因素进行了分析。结果显示:产品价格、产品质量、包装满意度、物流满意度等方面对新疆棉胎的网络销售影响较大。在网上经营棉胎的过程中存在宣传效果不佳、无统一标准、售后服务水平较低、促销手段单一等问题。针对这些问题,需要棉胎网络销售商提高棉胎质量,提升售后服务水平,树立品牌意识,加大宣传力度,培养技术人才。
On the basis of Miantai online consumer survey, the preference choice for Miantai consumption and influence factors were analyzed. The research results showed that the product price satisfaction, satisfaction with product quality, packaging, logistics, have bigger influence on Miantai sales network. There were problems in the process of online business including the effect of propaganda to Miantai not good, no unified standard, the low level of after saleing, single sales promotion means. In order to solve these problems, Miantai network distributors need to improve the quality of Miantai, improve after-sales service levels, and establish brand awareness, strengthening propaganda, training technical personnel.
