贵州县域土地资源集约利用发展探索——以贵州南明区为例

Development of Intensive Use of Land Resources in Guizhou County :A Case Study of Nanming District in Guizhou

为了更好地探索贵州土地资源节约集约利用发展方向,本文以南明区土地资源利用与管理现状为基础,从土地利用效率、规划执行情况和土地市场建设3个方面选取5个二级指标和15个三级指标建立评价指标体系,采用特尔斐法、多因素综合评价等方法确定指标权重并构建评价模型,进行南明区土地节约集约利用水平定量评价研究。结果表明,南明区土地节约集约利用总体水平较高,但存量挖潜不足,土地利用强度有待提高。分析提出通过规划引领控制、提高土地利用效率、盘活存量、建立长效机制等提高土地资源节约集约利用的措施建议,以期为贵州土地资源节约集约利用提供理论支撑。

In order to explore the land resources in Guizhou economical and intensive use of development direction better.
