伴随我国城市化进程的加快,农民工社会保障问题俨然成为社会各界研究的热点。本文立足于现有的农民工社会保障体系,通过对新疆库尔勒市的现状调查分析,提出存在问题及解决建议,对现有的制度安排进行了创新探讨,以期惠及全疆各族人民。

With the speeding up of urbanization in China, the problem of social security of migrant workers has become a hot research topic in the community. Based on the existing social security system for migrant workers, through the analysis of investigating the situ- ation of Xinjiang Korla city, draw some unsolved problems and puts forward the suggests, on the existing system arrangement and the innovation, with period benefit people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.
