摘要
选用8个生态区的2045份中国高粱种质资源,以中国高粱品种资源目录和中国高粱品种资源目录(一九八二——一九八九续编)记载粗蛋白、赖氨酸和单宁3个品质性状数据进行分析。结果表明,高粱粗蛋白含量在9.59%。12.84%之间,平均含量11.39%,以华中地区含量最低而台港澳地区最高;赖氨酸含量在2.14%~3.11%之间,平均含量2.74%,以华南地区最低和华中地区最高;单宁含量在0.07%-1.13%之间,平均含量O.74%,西北地区最低而华南地区最高。
The 2 045 sorghum germplasm from eight ecological regions in China were analyzed for crude protein, lysine, tannin contents by recorded data from "Chinese Sorghum Variety Resources Directory and Chinese Sorghum Variety Resources Directory (1982-1989 sequel)". The results showed that crude protein content ranged from 9.59% to 12.84% with a mean value of 11.39%, the lowest in Central China and the highest in HongKong, Macao and Taiwan. The lysine content ranged from 2.14% to 3.11% with a mean value of 2.74% ,the lowest in South China and the highest in Central China. The tannin content ranged from 0.07% to 1.13% with a mean value of 0.74% ,the lowest in Northwest China and the highest in South China.
