摘要
目的 应用HPLC法测定延续接骨丸中芍药苷的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法测定延续接骨丸中芍药苷的含量。采用色谱柱:Agilent TC-C18(2)5μm,250×4.6 mm,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长230 nm,进样量为5μL。结果 芍药苷在0.02514-1.0056μg范围内,进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997);平均加样回收率97.43%(RSD=0.79%)。结论 应用HPLC法测定延续接骨丸中芍药苷的含量操作简便、结果准确、重现性好。
Objective To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Yanxu Jiegu pills by HPLC. Methods The content of paeoniflorin in Yanxu Jiegu pills was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Chromatographic column was applied: Agilent TC-C18(2) 5 μm, 250-4.6 mm. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(15:85), with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength of 230 nm, and the injection volume of 5 μL. Results Paeoniflorin was within the range of 0.02514 to 1.0056 μg, and the linearity between sample size and peak area was good (r=0.9997). The average recovery was 97.43% (RSD=0.79%). Conclusion HPLC method for the determination of the content of paeoniflorin in Yanxu Jiegu pills is simple and convenient, with accurate results and good reproducibility.
