实施自我护理管理干预的高血压患者自我护理管理行为与生活质量的相关性研究

The relationship between self-management behavior and quality of life in hypertensive patients undergoing self-management

目的 分析实施自我护理管理干预的高血压患者自我护理管理行为与生活质量的相关性。方法 选取2014年1月-2016年1月在我院门诊治疗的108例高血压患者的病例资料作为本研究对象,根据干预方法不同分为干预组（实施自我护理管理干预）和对照组（未参加自我护理管理）,每组各54例,比较两组的自我护理管理行为得分及生活质量评分,并分析实施自我护理管理干预的高血压患者进行自我护理管理行为与生活质量的相关性。结果 干预组高血压患者自我护理管理行为得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组高血压患者各维度生活质量评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。行自我护理管理干预的高血压患者自我护理管理行为各维度得分与生活质量各维度评分具有相关性（P〈0.05）。结论 实施自我护理管理干预的高血压患者其自我护理管理行为与生活质量具有相关性。

Objective To analyze the relationship between self-management behavior and life quality in the patients with hypertension receiving self-management intervention. Methods Clinical data of 108 patients with hypertension who were treated in the outpatient clinic in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the subjects. According to different intervention methods, they were assigned to the intervention group （self-management intervention） and the control group （not participating self-management）, with 54 patients in each group. Self-management behavior score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups, and relevant investigations of self-man- agement behavior and life quality were carried out in the hypertension patients receiving self-management intervention. Results The self-management behavior score of hypertensive patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The scores of life quality in each dimension in hypertensive patients in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was relevance between the score of each dimension of self-management behayior and the score of each dimension of life quality in hypertensive patients receiving self-management intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The hypertension patients receiving self-management intervention show relevance between self-management behavior and life quality.
