积极心理学理论在精神分裂症患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effects of positive psychology in the nursing of the patients with schizophrenia

目的分析积极心理学在精神分裂症护理中的应用效果。方法将120例精神分裂症患者按护理方式不同随机分为观察组(积极心理学理论干预)和对照组(常规康复护理)。比较两组患者的HEIQ分值、HAMD分值、SQLS分值、抑郁发生率、住院时间、6个月复发率。结果干预后,观察组HEIQ、HAMD、SQLS分值均与对照组形成显著差异,前者更优(P均<0.05);观察组住院时间较对照组短,抑郁发生率(50.00%)、复发率(5.00%)较对照组低(P均<0.05)。结论积极心理学理论可提高精神分裂症患者的心理品质,缓解其抑郁情绪,改善其生活质量,降低复发率。

Objective To analyze the application effects of positive psychology in the nursing of schizophrenia. Methods 120 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to the observation group （intervention by positive psychology） and the control group （regular rehabilitative nursing） according to different nursing modes. HEIQ scores, HAMD scores, SQLS scores, incidence rate of depression, length of stay and 6-month relapse rate were compared between two groups. Results After intervention, HEIQ, HAMD and SQLS scores in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group, and the scores in the observation group were better （P all〈0.05）; length of stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. The incidence rate of depression （50.00%） and relapse rate （5.00%） was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05 for all）. Conclusion Positive psychology is able to improve the psychological quality, alleviate depression, improve the life quality and reduce the relapse rate for the patients with schizophrenia.
