摘要 L-抗坏血酸是一种水溶性抗氧化剂,参与机体的多种生化反应,并起重要作用。特别在黑色素的合成方面,它不仅可以作为还原剂,使酪氨酸酶活性丧失,通过抑制黑色素合成的各种中间步骤,消耗NO,与维生素E协同,加强光保护作用抑制黑色素的合成;还可以作为氧化剂,通过其自身氧化作用、增强NO等作用促进黑色素的合成。本文就L-抗坏血酸对于黑色素细胞各方面的相关作用进行综述。 L-ascorbic acid is a kind of water soluble antioxidant, which takes part in many biochemical reactions and plays an important role in the body, especially in the synthesis of melanin. It can be used as a reducing agent to make tyrosinase loss activity. It can inhibit the synthesis of melanin by inhibiting various intermediate steps in the synthesis of melanin such as consuming NO, coordinating with vitamin E and strengthening the effect of light protection. Besides, it can also be used as an oxidant to promote the synthesis of melanin through its own oxidation, enhancing NO and so on. The following is a discussion about the related role of L-aseorbie acid in the various aspects of melanoeytes.
