三穗鸭产蛋中期(23～37周龄)能量、粗蛋白及钙需要的研究

Study on the metablic energy, crude protein and calcium requirement of Sansui duck in middle-laying period

试验选用刚进入产蛋中期(23周龄)、健康、体重基本一致的三穗母鸭324只,采用3×3三因素三水平正交试验设计,随机分为9组,分别饲喂相对应不同ME、CP及Ca梯度水平日粮,代谢能(ME)水平分别为10.50、11.00、11.50 MJ/kg;粗蛋白(CP)水平分别为17.00%、18.00%、19.00%;钙(Ca)水平分别为2.80%、3.30%、3.80%。结果表明:产蛋中期(23~37 W)三穗鸭ME、CP和Ca需要量分别为ME(k J/d)=801.12BW^(0.75)+65.69△W+10.87E;CP(g/d)=2.61BW^(0.75)+8.58△W+0.27E;Ca(g/d)=0.27BW^(0.75)+0.08△W+0.05E,该阶段三穗鸭的ME、CP和Ca维持需要分别是:801.12 k J/BW^(0.75)、2.61 g/BW^(0.75)和0.27 g/BW^(0.75),该阶段日粮中ME、CP和Ca适宜需要量分别为10.98 MJ/kg、18.17%和3.47%。

324 hends healthy, same body weight, at the age of 23 weeks old female Sansui duck with were selected and A 3×3 factorial orthogonal experiment design was used to determine the effects of metabolizable energy （ME）, crude protein （CP） and Calcium （Ca） levels in Middle-laying period, the ME, CP and Ca requirements. The experiment ducks were divided into 9 groups and fed 9 diets with 3 levels ME （10.50, 11.00, 11.50 MJ/kg）, 3 levels CP （17%, 18% ,19% ） and 3 levels Ca （2.8%,3.3%,3.8%）respectively. The results indicate ME, CP and Ca requirement formulas for 23-37 week Sansui duck were： ME（k J/d）=801.12BW0.75＋65.69△ W＋ 10.87E; CP（g/d） =2.61 BW0.75＋8.5 8△ W＋0.27E; Ca（g/d）=0.27 BW0. 75＋ 0.08 △ W＋0.05E. ME, CP and Ca requirement for maintenanee were 801.12 kJ/W0.75, 2.61 g/W0.75 and 0.27 g/BW0.75. The optimal ME, CP and Ca concentration require-ment of 23-37 weeks duck diet were 10.98 MJ/kg, 18.17% and 3.47%.
