澳大利亚维多利亚州在培养全球公民、培养尊重以及建立由高效学校组成的、能不断改善的公立学校系统的教育理念的指导下,以超网、互联网门户、在线学习等智能教室系统为核心,通过革新的教学模式、标准化支持的教育管理以及有效的人力资源培训等,使教育信息化得到长足发展从而带来一定的启示。
Under the guidance of the culture of global citizenship, culture of respect and the establishment of educational philosophy by the efficient school composition, to improving the public school system continually, the government of Victoria Australia has developed the education information system through innovation teaching mode, standardized support of education and the effective management of human resources training by the Ultranet system, Internet portals and E-learning which are the cores of the smart classroom system.
