白塞病合并IgA肾病一例并文献复习
摘要
男。27岁，因“发现血尿蛋白尿2年余，腹泻、腹胀10d”入院。2013年患者着凉后出现发热、咳嗽、咳痰，行肾活检穿刺。病理诊断：局灶增生型IgA肾病（IgAN），Leem级，牛津分级为MIEISOTO，见图l。给予糖皮质激素联合吗替麦考酚酯治疗，尿蛋白逐渐转阴。患者共服糖皮质激素1年，吗替麦考酚酯14个月。
