讨论了我国石油化工行业污水排放和治理难的形势,讨论水污染防治策略,建议排放标准增加"综合毒性"指标;关注废水中"TDS"指标;推动工业水价改革等举措,使"谁污染谁治理"模式向"谁污染谁付费"模式转变。
It discussed with wastewater drainage and treatment trends about petrochemical industry in China,so that it discusses with water pollution preventive strategies,advises drainage standard and increase in comprehensive toxicity index,concerns with TDS index about wastewater,advances industrial water price reform and relevant measures,as well as converts the mode that who handles whoever he pollutes into the mode that who pays for it whoever he pollutes.
