摘要
目的 探讨应付策略和情绪对民警糖化血红蛋白水平的影响。方法 采用方便抽样与整群抽样的方法,抽取某市公安局某派出所的225名在职民警为研究对象。使用问卷调查其人口统计学特征、应付策略和情绪。采用免疫比浊法对糖化血红蛋白的浓度进行检测。应用SPSS 13.0软件对数据进行t检验或方差分析、偏相关分析和多重逐步回归等统计学分析。结果〉40岁年龄组的糖化血红蛋白水平(5.32±0.79)%高于30~40岁年龄组(5.11±0.54)%(t=0.208,P〈0.05);应付策略与正性情绪呈正相关(r=0.178,P〈0.05),与负性情绪呈负相关(r=-0.175,P〈0.05);正性情绪与负性情绪呈负相关(r=-0.200,P〈0.01);应付策略与糖化血红蛋白水平呈负相关(r=-0.194,P〈0.01)。以糖化血红蛋白水平为应变量的多重逐步回归分析显示:应付策略越高,糖化血红蛋白水平升高的风险越低(t=-3.009,P〈0.05);年龄越大,糖化血红蛋白水平升高的风险越高(t=2.211,P〈0.05)。结论 应付策略对糖化血红蛋白水平变化的影响大于年龄因素;但未见正性情绪和负性情绪对糖化血红蛋白水平升高的风险有影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of coping strategy and affectivity on the level of glycosylated hemoglobin in police. Methods 225 polices were investigated by using convenience sampling and cluster sampling methods, personalities, coping strategy and affectivity were measured by questionnaires. The serum level of glycosylated hemoglobin was tested by immunoturbidimetry. Depending the SPSS13.0, the data was tested by t-test or one-way ANOVA, partial correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results The level of glycosylated hemoglobin in〉40 years group was higher than 30--40 years group(t = 0. 208,P〈0.05). Coping strategy was negatively correlated to the level of glycosylated hemoglobin (r =- 0. 194, P 〈0.01). The multiple stepwise regression with glycosylated hemoglobin level as a dependent variable revealed that the risk of glycosylated hemoglobin level increased was reduced by coping strategy scores increased(t= -3. 009 ,P(0.05). The age was older, the risk of glycosylated hemoglobin level increased was greater(t=2. 211,P〈0.05). The effect of coping strategy on the level of glycosylated hemoglobin changed was greater than age. Affectivity was no related to the level of glycosylated hemoglobin changed. Conelusions Coping strategy affected the level of glycosylated hemoglobin, but affectivity was opposite.
