在线开放课程背景下高低绩效学习者的社会化交互行为及参与模式研究 被引量:17

摘要 本研究从在线开放课程学习的社会性属性入手,结合开放知识社区的知识贡献与创造特性,对在线开放课程学习中的社会化交互活动进行分析,以期了解不同绩效学习者的社会化交互行为与模式差异,从而促进低绩效者的学习和社会化交互。结果发现:在线开放课程背景下学习者的学习绩效和社会化交互程度呈正相关;高绩效学习者的社会化学习行为超越了简单的知识分享和人际交流,存在更深层次的知识交互与人际交流。此外,随着学习的进行,高绩效学习者的知识网络与人际网络得到更多的延伸,其学习活动日趋复杂,其角色逐渐由"学"变为"教",由接受知识变为创造知识。 How to improve the social interaction and promote the achievement of low-performance learners have become a subject of concern. Considering the social property of online open course and the features of knowledge contribution and creation of open knowledge community, this research examined the social interaction activities in open online learning, in order to understand the differences of the behaviors and patterns of social interaction of learners with different level of learning performance, and thus to promote the learning performance and social interaction of low-performance learners. Results indicated that learners" performance and their degree of social interaction were positively correlated in online open courses. The social learning behavior of high-performance students included deeper knowledge interaction and social communication in addition to simple knowledge sharing and social communication. Additionally, with the progress of learning, the knowledge network and interpersonal network of high-performance learners extended further, their learning behavior became more complex, their role had gradually from "learning" to "teaching" as well as from knowledge acceptance to knowledge creation.
