论“互联网+”时代教师信息素养内涵演进及其提升策略 被引量:90

摘要 随着"互联网+"时代的来临,研究者、政策制订者和教育管理工作者希望通过提升教师的信息素养,推动教育信息化发展,促进学生的有效学习。我国政府为了提升教师的信息素养和信息技术整合能力,在政策与标准的顶层设计、教师信息技术能力提升培训等方面投入了大量的财力和人力。当前,教师已具备基本的信息技术整合能力,其信息素养也在逐步得以提升。但是,课堂内外的信息技术并未发挥应有的功能,未能有效促进学生的学习和发展。随着"互联网+"时代学习方式的变革和教师信息素养内涵的演变,教师信息素养和能力的提升策略也应发生相应改变。 In the "Internet+" era, researchers, policy makers and educators aim at advancing the development of educational informatization and improving students" effective learning by promoting teachers" information literacy. In order to improve teachers" information literacy and their abilities of integrating and human information technology in teaching, Chinese government has invested large amount of financial resources in making policy, establishing standards, and training teachers. Teachers now have equipped with the basic skills of integrating technology in teaching; their information literacy has been gradually promoted. However, in reality, ICT has not been fully utilized in formal and informal teaching; ICT has not been able to effectively improve students" learning. In the "Internet+" era, the way people learn and the meaning of teachers" information literacy have changed. Therefore, strategies to promote teachers" information literacy should also be modified.
