基于ZigBee的岸桥模型应力监测系统设计

摘要 针对传统应力应变采集存在的布线困难、安装复杂及工作效率低等问题,采用CC2530芯片搭建了基于Zig Bee的岸桥模型应力监测系统。用多线程技术设计了Lab VIEW上位机界面,实现了结构应变信号的实时监测和采集。实验结果表明该系统数据传输稳定、可靠性高、功耗低,可广泛应用于港口机械应力的无线监测领域。 Viewing the problem of the stress strain acquisition in difficult cable arrangement,complex installation,low working efficiency and so on.Using CC2530 chip to build quay crane model of stress monitoring system based on Zig Bee.Using multithreading technology to design the Lab VIEW upper computer.This paper realizes the acquisition of strain signal and real-time monitoring.The test results showed that the wireless monitoring system has stable data transmission,high reliability,and low power consumption.This system could be widely used in the wireless monitoring system of the port machinery.
