根据某卷烟厂目前制丝线加工模式,阐述了工艺质量安全存在的重大质量隐患,基于底层电控控制系统,研究制丝工艺重大质量隐患防差错技术,并应用到工艺质量安全保障体系中。

According to a cigarette factory at present of thread processing mode,this paper expounds the process quality and safety are the major quality problems,based on the underlying control control system,the research of silk process of major quality problems prevention technical error,and applied to the system to ensure the quality and safety of process.
