基于C/S架构的后备干部信息管理系统的设计与实现

Information Management System for Reserve Cadres in Enterprise Based on C/S

以C#作为开发语言,以Access作为数据库开发工具,构建了一个C/S结构的后备干部信息管理系统。系统在实现后备干部库管理、培训计划管理、资质职称管理与考核管理的基础上,实现了以干部评选考核为核心,以岗位变动、离职、考核等管理功能为辅的管理系统。

This paper,by using C# as the development language and access as the database development tool,introduces a reserve cadre management information system of C / S structure.Based on the realization of reserve cadre management,training project management,qualification management and examination management,this system realizes a management system which takes the cadre selection examination as the core,job change,resignation, assessment as peripheral functions.
