摘要
车轮是汽车行驶系统中很重要的部件,随着车身轻量化的发展铝合金材料的车轮得以广泛的应用;车轮的传统设计多凭借经验开展,存在着设计盲目性大、设计制造周期长、成本高等诸多弊端。旨在研究应用ANSYS有限元分析方法,结合CATIA来进行铝合金车轮强度的分析,并在此基础上对轿车铝合金车轮进行车轮优化设计,既保证轿车车轮的强度,又尽可能地减轻车轮的质量,实现轿车车轮的轻量化。
The purpose of this paper is to study the method to ANSYS finite element analysis,while using CATIA threedimensional modeling software to carry out the analysis of the strength of aluminum alloy wheels and making the wheel optimization design of car alloy wheels on the basis of the effect.So that it can be on the premise of guarantee the wheel strength,as far as possible to reduce the quality of the wheels,realizing the light car wheels.
