摘要
2015年我国医学领域发生了四大集体撤稿事件,同行评审造假是其根本原因.医学领域被视为科研诚信的重灾区,临床医生也一度成为舆论的焦点.本文从临床医生发表科技论文的目的、方式和需求出发,提出了从职称评审、机构问责、“第三方”科技机构监管和中文科技期刊认定等方面的科研诚信失范行为防范措施.
Four collective retractions events occurred in 2015,which involved mainly the Chinese authors in medical research field,with fraud in peer review process.Medical field is to be considered as the hardest hit of research integrity,clinicians also became the focal poing.The purpose,methods and needs of Sci-tech papers published from clinicians were analyzed,precautions of research integrity anomies from promotion,institutional accountability,＂third party＂ scientific institutions regulatory,and Chinese scientific journals were proposed.
