徒手强力压迫法治疗射频消融术后股动脉假性动脉瘤疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨徒手强力压迫法治疗射频消融术后股动脉假性动脉瘤的安全性和疗效。方法选择2013年1月至2015年1月沈阳军区总医院射频消融术后出现股动脉假性动脉瘤患者12例,行徒手强力压迫法治疗。结果 12例患者均成功治愈,其中7例经1次压迫后成功,4例经2次压迫后成功,1例为多破口假性动脉瘤,经3次压迫后成功。所有患者均未出现血栓、感染及出血等并发症,次日或出院前复查超声无复发,术后1个月均未复发。结论徒手强力压迫法治疗股动脉假性动脉瘤快速、经济、安全,取得了良好的临床疗效,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To explore safety and efficacy of strong compression in the treatment of radiofrequency ablation pseudoaneu- rysms. Methods A total of 12 cases of patients with iatrogenic pseudoaneurysm were collected in The General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command from January 2013 to January 2015. Patients were selected radiofrequeney ablation and accepted strong compres- sion. Results Strong compression was successful in all patients. Among them,7 patients were just compressed once,4 patients were compressed twice and 1 patient was compressed thrice. No arterial thrombotic infectious or hemorrhagic events occurred. Conclusion Strong compression is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with pseudoaneurysms.
