妊娠糖尿病患者尿白蛋白肌酐比值(UACR)的临床意义

The clinical significance of urine albumin-creatinine(UACR) in women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨UACR检测对妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者的临床意义。方法选择GDM患者共82例,依UACR水平高低将患者分为三组,分别检测HbA1c、空腹血糖水平、OGTT2小时血糖、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、C反应蛋白(CRP)相关指标,分析各组患者临床参数之间的差异。结果与UACR低水平组相比,UACR高水平组中HbA1c、空腹血糖水平、CRP水平、OGTT 2小时血糖均较高,而TG、TC、LDL、无明显差异。结论 GDM患者UACR水平的升高与患者血糖状态、CRP水平相关,可作为动脉硬化和慢性炎症的预测因子。

Objective To investigation the clinical significance of urine albumincreatinine（UACR） in women with gestational diabetes mellitus. Method 82 gestational diabetes patients were chosen and divided into 3 groups according to the level of UACR. The serum HbA1c,fasting glucose, OGTT two hour glucose,total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein（LDL）,CRP were tested in all patients, then comparing the difference in each clinical parameter between two groups. Result Compared with low UACR level group, HbA1c,fasting glucose, OGTT two hour glucose, CRP in gestational diabetes patients were evaluated in high UACR level group. However, TG,TC,LDL,were similar in two groups. Conclusion The elevated level of UACR were associated with glycaemic status and CRP level in gestational diabetes patients, then can be regarded as an predictor of atherosclerosis and inflammation response in GDM.
