高层钢结构框架-设备动力响应分析 被引量:2

DYNAMIC RESPONSE ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURE-EQUIPMENT MODEL SYSTEM IN HIGH-RISE STEEL FRAME

摘要 以某工业高层钢结构框架为研究对象,考虑不同的设备与框架连接形式,对其耦合动力响应进行了细致的研究。将简化Hertz-damp碰撞模型应用于结构-设备带限位导向连接的分析中,动力响应采用考虑残余应力和初始弯曲缺陷基于刚度法纤维单元模型进行弹塑性有限元时程模拟,取得较好的结果。分析表明,不同的设备与框架连接形式,对框架楼层剪力、反应谱,设备倾覆弯矩、位移和设备与框架连接部位的内力等均产生显著的影响,常规的简化分析存在一定的安全隐患。设备对框架的动力反馈在一定条件下会提高结构的动力响应。参与分析的设备数量对楼层剪力和限位碰撞力等有一定影响,平衡精度和效率后,工程设计中参与耦合分析的设备宜取1~2台。对框架-设备耦合抗震设计提出若干建议。 Taking the steel frame of a high-rise industrial building as the research object,considering the different connection types between equipment and the frame,the coupling dynamic response was studied in detail. A simplified Hertz-damp collision model was applied to the analysis of structure-equipment with limiting-guiding connection. Nonlinear FB elements FEM were used to obtain dynamic response by considering residual stress and initial bending imperfection. The results showed that different connection joints between equipment and the steel frame significantly affected the floor shear,response spectra,the overturning moment of the equipment,displacement and the pressure between equipment and frame.There are still potential safety problems if taking some conventional simple model to perform design the combined structure.The dynamic feedback of equipment to the steel frame in certain situations will increase rather than reduce the response of the structure. The influence of equipment number was also studied. The results showed that equipment number had certain influence on the floor shear and limited collision force. Balancing the accuracy and efficiency of computing,it was recommended to take one or two equipments to participate in the coupling analysis. Some useful suggestions on seismic design of combined structure-equipment system were presented in this paper.
