吊车梁支座端板连接螺栓受力分析及改进方法

摘要 工业厂房结构体系中,吊车梁构件通常按简支梁设计,在支座处可以自由转动。已有研究提供了吊车梁支座加劲板连接螺栓的构造要求及受力计算方法,然而据此设计的若干项目,使用中出现支座加劲板连接螺栓时有断裂掉落的情况。通过推导给出简支梁支座转角及连接螺栓拉伸应变,得出螺栓实际受力远远超出螺栓承载力,实际工程设计中需引起重视。最后提出改进的连接构造及施工要求,以期改善此类连接的受力性能。 Based on the design of simply supported beam,the crane runway girder has been generally supposed to rotate at the supports freely in regard to industrial plant system. Recent research provided the detailing requirements and force calculation about crane runway girder supports end-plate connecting bolts. However,a number of projects designed accordingly occurred the bolts fracture failure between the supports and stiffener plate. By deducing,the rotation angle of simply supported beam supports and the tensile strain of bolts were given,which came far beyond the bearing capacity of bolts,and more attention should be paid to similar cases. Finally,this paper proposed an improved connection and construction requirements,so as to improve the mechanical properties of the connection.
