大跨度弯扭薄壁异型网格结构安装技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 某场馆类工程为大跨度空间曲面钢网格结构,网格结构构件多为弯扭薄壁异型构件。该工程结构复杂、施工面大,现场作业条件差,在大量数值模拟分析及方案比选论证后,采用"地面拼装、分片单元原位吊装、高空散件嵌补"的施工工艺进行外网格钢结构安装。通过科学合理的施工部署,在工期异常紧张的情况下,按时保质地完成该工程外网格钢结构安装任务,同时节省措施费用,取得了良好的社会及经济效益。 The structural system of a stadium project is long-span grid structure with curved surface,and most of the members are bending and torsion thin-walled components. Because of some difficulties such as complex structure,large construction area and poor operating conditions,a large number of numerical simulation and demonstration program were carried out. Finally,the"Ground assembly,High altitude hoisting,Parts inserting"construction program was determined to be used in the installation of outer grid. The construction program ensured the quality and efficiency of structure installation so as to obtain great social and economic benefits.
