摘要
北京龙湖时代天街项目钢桁架跨度为38 m,跨度方向高低差为5.35 m,单榀桁架长41.8 m,现场塔吊起重能力有限,无法使用大型吊装设备。分析了在有限施工条件下的钢桁架滑移施工技术,从而解决塔吊起重能力有限和现场无法使用大型吊装设备的问题,并有效地控制了钢桁架安装过程中的安全、质量、进度和成本。
The span of the steel truss of Beijing Longfor Times Paradise Walk projects is 38 meters,and the height difference is 5. 35 m in the span direction,the length of single truss is 41. 8 m. Because the tower crane lifting capacity is limited,large lifting equipment cannot be used in the construction. The sliding construction technology of steel truss under the limited construction condition was introduced,so as to solve the problems such as the lifting capacity is limited and the large hoisting equipment cannot be used in the field,and effectively control the safety,quality,progress and cost in the process of steel truss installation.
