红外辐射测温法隧道超前地质预报应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 红外辐射测温隧道超前地质预报方法应用中存在较严重的现场施工干扰源影响,导致该方法的预报准确率较低。针对该问题,本文深入分析了干扰源对温度场的干扰机理,提出了基于固—气热辐射型、气—气热对流型、气—固热传导型及固—固热传导型4种热传导方式的干扰源影响校正方法。最后基于重庆轨道交通1号线中梁山隧道K25+777~K25+802段实测数据,采用本文提出的校正方法,绘制了红外辐射测温法超前地质预报2D、3D成果图。经校正前后结果的对比分析,验证了该校正方法的有效性,也说明了若能严格控制现场的探测条件,并能对干扰源影响进行相应校正,红外辐射测温法还是值得在隧道超前地质预报工作中推广应用的。 When infrared temperature measurement method is applied in advance geological prediction in tunnel,it is much seriously influenced by the disturbance sources at the construction site,and it gets lower accuracy. Aiming at this problem,the mechanism of the interference source to disturb true temperature field is deeply studied,and 4 specific correction methods are proposed for the solid-gas heat radiation type,the gas-gas heat convection type,the gas-solid heat conduction type and the solid-solid heat conduction type. Based on the data from section K25 + 777 ~ K25 + 802 of Zhongliangshan tunnel of Chongqing Rail Transit Line 1,the proposed calibration methods are applied,and the 2D 3D prediction maps are drawn. Through the comparative analysis of the prediction results before and after the correction,it has verified the validity of the proposed calibration methods. If the detection conditions of the effected interference sources could be controlled,the infrared temperature measurement method is valuable to apply in the advanced geological prediction in tunnels.
