摘要 通过对自动化检定流水线的风险预警和评估,提高检定流水线工作的可靠性和稳定性。自动化检定流水线的风险预警和评估系统,通过对自动化检定流水线风险信息采集,对风险指标进行量化评估,根据风险量化及评估结果,结合专家系统进行自动化检定系统的分享监控和预警管理。采用ETL、OPC等标准协议与技术,实现对自动化检定流水线的风险预警系统的软件开发设计,实现系统的软硬件一体化集成。实验分析结果表明,采用该方法进行自动化检定流水线的风险预警和评估的准确预报能力较高,结果准确可靠,具有较好的应用价值。 The risk early warning and evaluation are applied to improve the reliability and stability of the auto- matic calibration line, which is realized through collecting the risk information, quantifying the indicators of risk assessment, and thereupon combining with expert system for automatic calibration system to share the monitoring and early warning management. The standard protocols such as ETL, OPC and technology are used {or the software development and design of the risk early warning system for the automatic detection line system, and the integration of system hardware and software. Experimental analysis results show that the method can be adopted to improve the automatic detection line risk early warning and assessment with high forecasting accuracy and reliability, having good application value.
