某电厂600MW超临界锅炉末级过热器壁温偏差的试验分析

摘要 以上海锅炉厂设计生产的某电厂600 MW超临界锅炉为例,该机组由于悬吊管与末级过热器存在较大的壁温偏差,导致机组主、再热汽温较设计值偏低约10℃,末级过热器多次因氧化皮爆管,严重影响了机组运行的经济性、安全性。针对锅炉存在的问题,结合设计参数和电厂运行规程,通过燃烧优化调整,减小了末级过热器的壁温偏差,实现了锅炉的安全、经济、稳定运行。 As shown in the research of the 600 MW supercritical boiler in a power plant designed and manufac- tured by Shanghai Boiler Factory, the large wall temperature deviation betweem pendant pipe and final-stage superheater makes the main and reheat steam temperature 10 ℃ lower than the designed value, the final-stage superheater tube has broken many times due to oxidation, which seriously affected the economy and safety of the equipment operation. For these problems of boiler, in combination with parameter design and power plant operation procedures, the combustion is optimized and adjusted, reducing the wall temperature deviation of fi- nal-stage superheater, realizing the safe, economical and stable operation of the boiler.
