摘要
介绍了所设计的一种应用于电力短接地线的防误操作系统,该系统采用单极天线电场检测技术对挂接线路带电状态进行非接触式识别,并利用回路判别法对地线挂接状态进行识别。试验表明,该系统能够有效地识别到挂接线路的带电状态和线路接地状态,可避免接地线在应用过程中带电挂接地线和带接地线合闸的事故。
This paper introduces the design of an error-proofing operation system applied to short grounding wire. This system adopts the monopole antenna electric field detection technology for non-contact identification of the charged state of the connected line, and uses the loop method for the identification of grounding wiring state. Experiment shows that the system can effectively identify the charged state and grounding state of the wire, and avoid the switch-off failures of the grounding wire in the application.
