钢纤维粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土早期变形及抗裂试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究钢纤维轻骨料混凝土的早期变形和抗裂能力,通过室内试验对不同掺量的钢纤维粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土进行早期体积收缩变形和抗裂试验,试验结果表明:在粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土中掺入钢纤维可有效抑制混凝土的收缩,随着钢纤维掺量的增加,减缩效果越来越显著;掺入钢纤维后,粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度均得到一定程度的提高,且随钢纤维掺量的增加呈上升趋势;钢纤维的掺入,粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土裂隙明显减少,同时7d抗折强度满足开放交通要求。研究成果为实践工程提供一定理论基础。 For study of the early deformation and crack resistance of steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete, the early shrinkage deformation and cracking of the steel fiber with different amount fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete were test by of laboratory test, test results show that: the fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete mixed with steel fiber can effectively inhibit the shrinkage of concrete, with the increase of the dosage of steel fibre, reduction effect is more and more obvious ; the incorporation of steel fiber, the compressive strength of fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete and tensile strength were improved to a certain extent, increased with the increase of dosage of steel fibre; steel fiber, fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete crack obviously at the same time, 7d decreased, the flexural strength to meet the requirements of opening traffic. The research results provide some theoretical basis for practical engineering.
