大学生职业发展与就业指导课程建设探析——以曲阜师范大学为例

Research on the Construction of the Course in University Students' Career Development and Employment Guidance-Take Qufu Normal University as an Example

曲阜师范大学坚持国家对大学生职业发展与就业指导课程建设的基本要求,立足学校内涵文化、学科专业特点、行业岗位需求和学生实际情况,积极推进大学生职业发展与就业指导课程本土化、校本化建设。通过培育师资队伍、规范课程管理、编写校本教材、引进测评工具、参加竞赛交流等一系列措施,解决问题,总结经验并构建较完整的课程体系,为其他高校提供借鉴。

Qufu Normal University sticks to the basic requirements of our country on the construction of the course in university students＇ career development and employment guidance.Based on the intrinsic culture of our university, professional characteristic of different majors, employment demand of business and practical situation of our students, our university vigorously promotes the construction of the course in university students＇ career development and employment guidance on the basis of localization and school-orientation. Through cultivating teachers, standardizing the management of curriculum, compiling books, introducing testing and evaluation tools, participating competitions and so many other ways, our school has successfully settled our problems. We have also drawn lessons from the past and established a relatively comprehensive curriculum system and thus set up good examples for other universities.
