吞咽功能训练+电刺激治疗对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍临床观察

Clinical effect of swallowing function training combined with electrical stimulation in treatment of swallowing dysfunction caused by stroke

目的探讨吞咽功能训练+电刺激治疗对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍的疗效观察。方法选取36例脑卒中患者采用吞咽动作、刺激咽部、局部按摩、冷疗、手法推拿及肌电反馈神经肌肉电刺激康复治疗,藤岛一郎评分评估疗效。结果训练后通过吞咽功能及吞咽功能较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01),显效率94.4%,吞咽功能障碍发生率、恢复正常时间、并发症显著减少。结论吞咽功能训练+肌电生物反馈治疗对脑卒中吞咽功能障碍有显著疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of swallowing function training combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction caused by stroke. Methods A total of 36 patients with stroke were enrolled and given rehabilitation treatment including swallowing act, pharyngeal stimulation, local massage,cryotherapy, manual massage, electromyography feedback, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation. The Toshima Ichiro score was used to evaluate the clinical effect. Results Swallowing function was significantly improved after training（P〈0.01）, and the marked response rate was 94.4%. The incidence rate of swallowing dysfunction, time to recovery, and complications were significantly reduced. Conclusion Swallowing function training combined with myoelectric biofeedback therapy has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction caused by stroke.
