摘要
分析医疗卫生信息化领域人才及医学信息工程专业的现状,提出加大培养数量、提高培养质量的对策,以满足快速发展的医疗卫生信息化事业对高质量人才的迫切需要,更好地为医疗卫生领域信息化建设发展提供人才支持和技术支撑。
The paper analyzes the current situations of talents in the field of medical health informatization and the profession of medical information engineering and proposes measures for increasing the cultivation quantity and enhancing cultivation quality.It aims to meet the urgent needs for high- quality talents for the rapid development of medical health informatization career,and provide better talent and technical support for informatization construction and development in the medical health field.
