摘要
对于国企领导班子和领导干部的考核,已经成为干部管理工作中的重要环节。为了确保考核全过程的科学性和有效性,首先应当构建系统的考核指标体系。本文在全面分析我国国有企业的领导班子和领导干部考核指标体系构建的问题基础上,通过研究考核指标来源、设置等,结合国家电网公司的实际情况,系统阐述国家电网公司在构建考核指标体系方面的做法和经验。本文将为其他国有企业的考核指标体系构建提供思路,并具有借鉴意义。
The assessments for the leadership and leading cadres of state-owned enterprises has been the key link of cadre administration. In order to ensuring the scientificalness and effectiveness of whole process, firstly, a systemic assessment index system should be established. This paper comprehensively analyzes the issues of assess index system of leadership and leading cadres of our country' s state-owned enterprises. By means of researching the origin of assessment index, setup and so on, the practice and experience of State Grid Corporation of China which has built the assessment index system was elaborated systematically. In addition, the realistic condition of State Grid Corporation of China has been fully taken into consideration. This paper will provide some inspire for the assessment index system' establishment of other state-owned enterprises, and have some kind of reference significance.
