饭店行业培训需求与课程体系设计研究——以北京市社会旅馆从业人员素质提升工程为例

A Study on the Training Demand and Curriculum System Design of Hospitality Industry——A Case of Project of Improving Practitioners Quality of General Hotels in Beijing

饭店行业的可持续发展离不开一支高素质的人才队伍,员工培训作为一种人力资源开发的基本途径,在饭店从业人员的素质提升中具有重要的意义。目前来自于政府、行业协会等企业外部机构的行业性培训支持成为饭店从业人员素质提升的重要方式之一,相对而言,围绕此类行业层面培训项目的培训需求和课程体系设计是一个较新的研究课题。本文以2016年实施的北京市社会旅馆从业人员素质提升工程为例,详细阐述了该项目的主要思路、调研过程、主要结果等内容,并简要报告了培训课程在实施过程中获得的评价及实施后取得的良好效果。本研究及其结论对基于行业层面的饭店从业人员培训需求与课程体系设计具有启发性和借鉴性作用,有助于从行业与社会培训有效性的角度提升从业人员素质、促进饭店行业的持续发展。

Hospitality industry can＇ t achieve sustainable development without a highquality talent team. As a basic approach to human resource development, staff training is of great significance in improving hotel practitioners quality. Nowadays, industry training support that comes from some external organizations has become one of important means of improving practitioners quality, therefore, that revolves around the training demand in industry level and curriculum system design would be a new research project. This article takes the project of improving practitioners quality among general hotels in Beijing area for example, elaborates the main thoughts, research process and the primary study outcome in detail, gives reports about assessment and good effect about this project briefly. The research and conclusion is heuristic and worth learning for hotel practitioners training demand as well as curriculum system design, from the view of industry and social training effectiveness, that could also improve practitioners quality and promote sustainable development of hospitality industry.
