摘要
通过对宏顺石灰石山坡露天矿开采现状分析和对山坡露天矿建立螺旋运输坑线的应用技术研究,提出:螺旋运输坑线适合于自上而下形成单台阶等宽平台的山坡露天矿开采;对于孤立的山体高度大于50 m,山体倾角大于45°的山坡露天矿,采用螺旋坑线运输可形成固定运输道路,提高道路运输的安全性;对于分层开采垂直孔分次起爆的山坡露天矿应优选螺旋运输坑线运输。
Through research, application technology of limestone hillside open-pit mining situation analysis and the establishment of the spiral line on the hillside opencast mine pit transportation on macro study and put forward transport: spiral pit line is suitable for forming a single step width platform on the top-down hillside open-pit mining; for the isolated mountain height is more than 50 re,the angle is larger than 45° slopes of open-pit mine, the transportation line can form a fixed spiral pit road transport, improve road transport safety; for slicing vertical shallow hole graded slopes of open-pit mine transport should be initiating helical transportation pit line.
