摘要
基于厚硬顶板工作面回采巷道支护方案富裕系数过大、严重降低巷道支护效率的特点,以辛置煤矿东区10#煤层开采为工程背景,系统研究了厚硬顶板条件下的支护方案。研究表明,裸顶支护,即巷道在进行支护时,对两帮进行正常支护,对顶板进行不支护或者简单支护的支护形式,在保证支护质量的前提下有效地加快了施工进度,为巷道的支护提供了新的理论基础。
Based on the large coefficient of support scheme and the efficiency of the thick hard roof working face mining roadway,in the engineering background of 10# coal seam mining in the eastern side of the coal mine, the support scheme of the thick hard roof is systematically studied. The research shows that the support of the bare top, that is the support of the roof is not supporting or simple support,effective cost savings, while speeding basis for the roadway support. up the construction progress, provide a new theoreticalbasis for the roadway support.
