摘要
为了提高井下水力压裂治理瓦斯技术的安全性、有效性、可控性和智能性,基于WiFi技术的方便性和先进性,研究开发了由地面操作主站、隔爆兼本安操作主站、隔爆兼本安智能控制分站、基于WiFi的井下无线传感器网络智能节点、压裂泵机组以及相关配套软件组成的井下水力压裂监测监控系统,并对监测监控系统的整个功能进行了实现与现场应用。
: In order to improve the safety, efficacy, controllability and intelligence of fracturing, based on the convenient and advanced of WiFi technology, research and development of the monitoring system for hydraulic fracturing in underground ,which include of the ground operating station, flameproof and intrinsically safe operation station, flameproof and intrinsically safe intelligent sub control station, the intelligent wireless sensor network node based on WiFi, turbine fracturing pump and the related software. At the same time, simulated and achieved the function of the monitoring system.
