摘要 使用数字图像处理方法,基于VC2010和OpenCV程序设计平台,通过对钢丝绳芯输送带X射线透射图像进行处理、比对和识别,根据预设的参考标志,自动定位输送带接头,在此基础上,识别断丝、退丝、输送带裂纹等典型缺陷,识别和预报输送带故障,预防安全事故发生。 Digital image processing method be used, base on VC2010 and OpenCV program design platform, by adopting image processing, contrasting and distinguishing of steel cord conveyor belt X-ray image, according to preseted reference flag, auto location belt joint. On this basis, distinguish typical detecting, such as wire cracking, wire retreating, belt crackling. Distinguishing and prediction beh fault, prevention safety accident.
