煤矿用悬臂式掘进机切割机构普遍由切割电机、切割减速器、工作臂、切割头组成。其中,工作臂起到传递动力、承受切割头轴向、径向冲击载荷、喷雾通道的作用,其工作环境恶劣。研究了一种带内外喷雾功能的工作臂结构,为提高其可靠性和使用寿命做出了创新性设计。
