摘要
再制造技术是实现循环经济、节能减排和可持续发展的主要途径,该技术用于采煤机螺旋滚筒的维修养护,可以降低煤矿开采成本,缩短设备的制造周期。对螺旋滚筒再制造设计和制造工艺进行了研究,从检测、设计、流程、制造4个方面分析了再制造的方案。提供了采煤机螺旋滚筒再制造的流程资料。
Remanufacturing technology is the main way to achieve circular economy, energy-saving emission reduction and sustainable development, the technology used for the repair and maintenance of the shearer drum, can reduce the mining cost, shorten the manufacturing cycle of the equipment. The design and manufacture technology of spiral roller were studied, and the scheme of re manufacture was analyzed from four aspects of detection, design, process and manufacture. The process data of the spiral drum re manufacture of coal mining machine is provided.
