煤机配件斜角切削工艺研究

摘要 基于数控机床对煤机配件斜角切削工艺进行试验分析,研究切削速度对刀具磨损、切削力的影响。结果表明:随着刀具切削速度的增加刀具磨损量显著增加,且基本呈现线性增加的趋势;切削刀面切削力及摩擦力变化趋势大体相同。 The tool wear and friction of coal parts in the cutting process were analyzed by the CNC, the influences of cutting speed on tool wear and cutting force were researched. The results showed that with the cutting speed increase, the wear of cutting tool significant increased, and it shows the trend of linearly increasing; the cutting force and friction of cutting flank substantially the same trends.
