摘要
煤矸石的大量堆放,不仅压占土地,而且影响生态环境。为了有效利用煤矸石,提高企业经济效益,试验采用阶段磨选,一粗-四精-两扫的浮选工艺,可获得产率39.77%、灰分品位25.86%、固定碳品位60.65%、固定碳回收率86.02%的精矿,指标较为理想。
The mass stack of coal gangue not only takes up quantities of farmland, but also affects the ecological environment. To use coal gangue effectively, and promote economic benefits of enterprises , productivity 39.77%, ash grade 25.86%, fixed carbon grade 60.65%, fixed carbon recovery 86.02% of concentrate were obtained by stage grinding concentrating and one roughing-four scavenging-two cleaning, indicator is comparatively ideal.
