从分析矿浆预处理器的工作特点出发,以叶轮-桶体直径比值恒定和弗洛德数恒定建立几何相似模型和动力相似模型,以XY-1.6型预处理器为设计模型,确定相似模型中的经验常数,并运用模型设计开发了XY-3.8大型矿浆预处理器,设计结果符合矿浆预处理器的工艺要求。

The working characteristics of preprocessor were analyzed, the geometric similarity modeland the dynamic similarity model were established, which were based on the impeller barrel diameter ratio is constant and the Froude number is constant, then XY-1.6 type pre processor was used as an design model, the empirical constants in the similar model were determined, and then the XY-3.8 large preprocessor was developed according to the two models, the design results was meet the requirement of the process of preprocessor.
