让压开拓技术在眼前山铁矿深部高应力软破岩体中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 眼前山铁矿上盘开拓工程一般布置于软破岩体之中,随着开采深度的不断增加,上盘开拓工程在深部高应力作用下变形破坏严重。通过调研查明了矿山深部地压的显现部位及显现形式,分析了开拓巷道在深部地应力作用下的稳定性,并计算了上盘楔形体对开拓工程施加的附加应力,最终提出了让压开拓方案及让压参数的确定方法。实践证明,让压开拓方案可以有效减小深部高应力对上盘软破岩体中开拓工程的破坏作用,同时可为每个中段节省500 m左右的开拓工程量,为矿山带来较好的经济效益。 The hanging wall development works of Yanqianshan Iron Mine are often arranged in the soft broken rockmass. With the increasing of mining depth,the hanging wall development occur severe deformation in deep high stress. Through investigation to identify the location and deformation form of deep underground pressure in the mine,the stability of development roadway in deep stress is analyzed,and the additional pressure that is the hanging wall wedge imposed to the development work is calculated and analyzed. And finally the determination method of the yield development scheme and the yield parameters are proposed. Practice shows that yield development method can effectively reduce that deep high stress damages to the development system in the hanging wall's soft broken rock,and save at least 500 m development work for each extracting stage.All these bring huge economic benefits for the mine.
