摘要
为确保安全开采、控制地压、提高矿石回收率,降低因采空区不稳固带来的安全隐患,在某钒铁矿实施充填采矿法。对该矿充填材料物理力学参数、粒级级配、充填配比、充填材料进行了深入试验和理论研究,并运用MATLAB建立相应的回归模型,根据模型运用LINGO进行参数优化,确定该矿山充填材料最优配比,以达到既满足充填体强度、保证矿山充填安全、高效的运作又把成本降到最低,给矿山带来最大效益。
In order to ensure the safety in mining and ground pressure control,and improve ore recovery,lower the danger hidden in mined-out area,the filling mining method for a vanadium iron ore is adopted. The thorough experimental and theoretical study on physical parameters,particle grading and filling ratio of the mine filling material and the filling material itself are carried out. MATLAB was used to establish the corresponding regression model. According to the model,the parameters are optimized with the LINGO to find out the optimal filling ratio for this mine and to meet the requirement of the strength of backfilling body and ensure the safety and efficiency of the mine. Also,the costs are lowered to be minimum. All these bring maximum benefits to the mine.
